Effective September 6, 2026. This policy covers Shift-9 and the Feelspoon Growth Kit Meta publishing app.
Who we are
Shift-9 is a design and engineering studio. Feelspoon Growth Kit is the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) publishing app we use to create and manage marketing posts for Feelspoon. Questions: shift9dev@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you connect a Meta account or write to us, we may process:
- Meta user IDs, Page or professional-account identifiers, and the profile fields you authorize through Meta Login or the Graph API
- Access tokens and permissions needed to publish content you approve
- The posts, media, and captions you choose to publish
- Your email address and message if you contact shift9dev@gmail.com
- Ordinary web logs (such as IP address and user agent) when you visit shift9.dev
How we use it
We use this information only to:
- Authenticate the Meta connection and keep it working
- Publish and manage Feelspoon marketing content you authorize
- Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests
- Meet Meta Platform Terms and applicable law
We do not sell Meta data
Shift-9 does not sell, rent, or trade Meta user data, or any data obtained through Meta APIs. We do not use Meta platform data to build unrelated advertising audiences or to train unrelated models.
Sharing
We share data with Meta as required to provide the publishing features you request, with infrastructure providers that host this site, and when the law requires it. We do not share Meta data with other advertisers.
Retention
We keep Meta connection data only while it is needed to operate Feelspoon Growth Kit, or until you ask us to delete it. Support mail is kept only as long as needed to finish the request.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you. Instructions are on the User Data Deletion page. Email shift9dev@gmail.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Children
Feelspoon Growth Kit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.
