User Data Deletion
Effective September 6, 2026. How to ask Shift-9 to delete data held for the Feelspoon Growth Kit Meta publishing app.
How to request deletion
Email shift9dev@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Include:
- The email address we should reply to
- Your Meta user ID, Page name, or Instagram professional account, if you know it
- What you want deleted
There is no in-app form. A message to shift9dev@gmail.com is the deletion request.
What we delete
When we confirm the request, we delete:
- Stored Meta access tokens and connection records
- Cached profile, Page, and account identifiers we hold
- Publishing history and drafts stored by Feelspoon Growth Kit
- Related support mail, if you ask us to remove that too
Timeline
We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. We will email confirmation when the deletion is done.
What this does not remove
Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram stay on Meta until you delete them there. Meta may also keep data under its own policies. This page covers data Shift-9 stores, not Meta’s copies.
We do not sell Meta data
Shift-9 does not sell Meta user data. Deleting your data is not conditioned on any payment or marketing opt-in.
